Crumbl Cookies Deals & Coupons 2026
Here’s the honest truth about Crumbl cookies coupons in 2026: there basically aren’t any public promo codes, and coupon trackers haven’t logged a single working one in about two years. But don’t give up on savings, because the free Crumbl Rewards program hands out free cookies and a free birthday treat, which is worth more than a 10% code anyway.
I looked into this properly. Crumbl doesn’t do coupons like other chains: no percent-off codes, no printable coupons, no checkout tricks. What they DO have is a loyalty program that’s free to join and genuinely generous if you buy cookies more than a couple of times a year. Below is every legit way to save at Crumbl in 2026. And if you want prices before you order, here’s the full Crumbl Cookies menu with prices.
How Does the Crumbl Rewards Program Work?
The short version: it’s free, you earn points called Crumbs on every dollar, and those turn into free cookies. No fee, no card, everything lives in the Crumbl app.
Crumbl Rewards Tiers
There are four tiers, and you climb them automatically as you earn Crumbs. The higher your tier, the faster you earn:
| Tier | How to Reach | Earning Rate | Key Perks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Join (free) | 10 Crumbs / $1 | Redeem Crumbs for cookies |
| Silver | 500 lifetime Crumbs | 11 Crumbs / $1 | Free birthday cookie |
| Gold | 1,500 lifetime Crumbs | 12 Crumbs / $1 | Gifting perks |
| Pink | 2,500 lifetime Crumbs | 13 Crumbs / $1 | 5% off Sunday pre-orders |
Every 100 Crumbs converts into $10 of Crumbl Cash for pickup, delivery or shipping. At Bronze, every $100 of spending earns roughly $10 back, a 10% return that improves as you level up.
Are There Any Working Crumbl Cookies Coupons or Promo Codes Right Now?
No, and I checked pretty thoroughly. Coupon-tracking sites confirm zero public Crumbl cookies coupon codes over roughly the last two years. The pages that rank for “Crumbl promo code” are almost all empty or recycled, and typing random codes from them into the app won’t get you anywhere. Stop chasing Crumbl cookies coupons on those sites, they’re a dead end for this brand.
So where do real discounts come from? The app itself. Crumbl occasionally runs app-only promos under Vouchers and Promotions, so keep notifications on, and a few times a year they run bundle events like six treats for the price of four. Those never need a code. The Rewards program and the occasional in-app offer are the only savings channels Crumbl actually uses.
How Do I Get the Free Crumbl Birthday Cookie?
It’s real, but it doesn’t just appear for signing up. Here’s exactly how the most misunderstood part of the program works.
Birthday Cookie Checklist
To get your free Crumbl cookie on your birthday, ALL of these must be true:
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Silver tier or higher | You need 500 lifetime Crumbs (roughly $50 in past spending) BEFORE your birthday month |
| Birthday on file | Enter your birthday in the app profile at least 48 hours before your actual birthday |
| Watch the app | The voucher appears under Vouchers & Promotions, not the main Rewards tab |
| Redeem in time | Valid roughly 40 days from your birthday, in-store, curbside or through the app |
The voucher is worth about $4 to $5 and covers any cookie on that week’s rotating menu, including premium flavors. Start a month early to bank the crumbs you need.
What Other Discounts Does Crumbl Offer?
Past the loyalty program, a handful of smaller perks add up, and most people miss them entirely.
Every Legit Crumbl Discount
| Discount | What You Get | How It Works |
|---|---|---|
| First app order | New-user savings on your first order | Introductory offer for first-time app orders |
| Military discount | Around 10% off | At participating locations for active-duty service members and veterans with a valid military ID. Crumbl stores are franchises, so ask your local shop first |
| First responder discount | Around 10% off | Many locations extend this to first responders with a valid ID, in-store only |
| Referral bonus | 5 Crumbs per friend | When a referred friend signs up and makes their first purchase, you earn Crumbs toward free cookies |
| Pink Sunday deal | 5% off pre-orders | Pink tier members get 5% off pre-orders placed Sundays, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Mountain time |
How Can I Spend Less on Every Crumbl Run?
Even without coupons, there are smart ways to pay less per cookie that add up fast over a year of weekly runs.
Buy the box, not the single. Per-cookie price drops with 4-packs and 6-packs versus singles, and splitting a 6-pack is the cheapest way to taste the weekly lineup. Order through the app. Every app order earns Crumbs, pickup, delivery or catering, but a phone-call order might not track, so run it all through the app. Time your birthday. A free premium cookie is a $5-ish freebie you earned, don’t leave it on the table. Refer your cookie friends. Three friends signing up and ordering gets you 15 free Crumbs without spending a dime. And the pro move: stores are closed every Sunday while the new menu drops Monday, so if you’re a Pink member, preorder in the Sunday window and stack the loyalty earn with the pre-order discount.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does Crumbl have a promo code I can use today?
No public Crumbl cookies coupons exist as of 2026, and none have been tracked in about two years. Occasional app-only offers show up under Vouchers & Promotions in the Crumbl app, which is the only place real discounts appear.
How do I get the free birthday cookie from Crumbl?
Join Crumbl Rewards, reach Silver tier (500 Crumbs) before your birthday month, and save your birthday in the app at least 48 hours ahead. A roughly $5 voucher for one cookie then appears under Vouchers & Promotions and stays valid about 40 days.
Does Crumbl offer a military discount?
Many locations offer around 10% off for active-duty service members and veterans with a valid military ID, but it’s set at the franchise level rather than company-wide. Check with your local store before ordering.
Can I combine Crumbl Rewards with other offers?
You always earn Crumbs on qualifying purchases regardless of other promotions, so rewards stack with everything. The birthday voucher generally can’t be combined with other deals, and the Pink tier Sunday discount applies to pre-orders only.
