Erbert & Gerbert’s Locations Near Me 2026

Every Erbert and Gerberts location sits in one of nine states, and the brand has never really tried to go national. It was founded in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 1988, and Wisconsin plus Minnesota still hold the bulk of the shops. You’ll also find restaurants in Iowa, Illinois, the Dakotas, and a few other states, often in smaller cities and college towns where the chain has loyal followings.

Here’s the thing most people don’t realize: not every shop looks like a typical storefront. About 15 of the 57 current restaurants are non-traditional spots, think university campuses and hospitals. Erbert & Gerbert’s recently opened new campus locations at the University of Central Missouri and Indiana Wesleyan University through Sodexo, and the company has said it plans to add more locations in 2027. If you’re specifically hunting for Erbert & Gerbert’s university locations, check your school’s campus dining page, you might be luckier than you think.

The official store locator on erbertandgerberts.com is your best bet, full stop. Type in your city or zip code and it lists every nearby Erbert and Gerberts location with the address, phone number, and that shop’s exact hours for each day of the week. Each location page also has online ordering built in, so you can place a pickup or delivery order right from the same page.

Google Maps works too, just search “Erbert & Gerbert’s near me” and you’ll get pins, directions, and user reviews. Always double-check the hours on the official site before you drive over, though. Google sometimes shows outdated hours for franchise shops, and nothing ruins a sandwich run like arriving at a dark storefront. The brand’s own pages are updated by each franchisee, so they’re the source of truth.

One more tip. If you live outside the nine-state footprint, the locator will come up empty, and that’s normal. The chain is a Midwest brand through and through. If you’re traveling through Wisconsin or Minnesota, though, keep an eye out, there’s a decent chance an Erbert & Gerbert’s is closer than you think.

Yes, most Erbert and Gerberts locations offer delivery, either through the brand’s own online ordering or third-party apps. When you open a shop’s page on the official site, you’ll see delivery and pickup options for that specific store along with its delivery zone.

Speaking of the office, Erbert & Gerbert’s does a lot of catering, soups, sandwiches and macs for hospitals, businesses and schools. If you need to feed a crowd, that’s a whole separate ordering flow on their site. And if you’re watching your wallet while you order, check our Erbert & Gerbert’s Deals & Coupons guide before checkout, plus the Erbert & Gerbert’s Menu Calories & Nutrition page if you want the lighter options.

It depends on the shop, and that’s the honest answer. Most Erbert and Gerberts locations close between 8 PM and 10 PM, and many cut Sunday hours short or, in the case of office-district shops, close entirely on weekends. The Eau Claire flagship area shop stays open until 10 PM daily, which is about as late as it gets for this brand.

So no, this isn’t a late-night drive-thru situation. Erbert & Gerbert’s is a lunch-and-dinner sandwich shop, and most locations don’t have drive-thrus at all. If you’re planning an evening visit, check that specific shop’s hours first, our Erbert & Gerbert’s Working Hours guide breaks down the typical schedules and holiday hours in detail.
