Fazoli’s Working Hours 2026
Most Fazoli’s restaurants are open every day from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, though many locations stay open until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday nights, and some close earlier at 9 PM. Drive-thru hours usually match dine-in hours at locations that have one. Hours vary by location because most Fazoli’s are franchises, so always double-check your local restaurant on fazolis.com or Google Maps before heading out.
Wondering what time Fazoli’s opens or closes today? If you’re looking up fazolis menu working hours, you’re in the right place. I checked dozens of Fazoli’s locations, and here’s the thing: there’s no single nationwide schedule. Most follow the same template, but franchises tweak things. The good news? The differences are small, and I’ll walk you through all of them so you never show up to a dark parking lot. If you’re planning a visit, you might also want to browse the full Fazoli’s menu with prices so you know what to order when you get there.
What Are Fazoli’s Daily Hours?
The standard Fazoli’s schedule is 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. That’s the schedule you’ll see on most official location pages on the Fazoli’s website, and it applies to company-owned and many franchised restaurants alike.
Typical Fazoli’s Hours of Operation
| Day | Open | Close |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
| Tuesday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
| Wednesday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
| Thursday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
| Friday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM* |
| Saturday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM* |
| Sunday | 10:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
*Some locations close at 9 PM instead of 10 PM, and busier locations extend to 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.
That 10:30 AM opening time is consistent almost everywhere. I couldn’t find a single Fazoli’s that opens earlier. Some locations in Texas and the Midwest close at 9 PM or 9:30 PM instead of 10 PM, which seems to be a local-market decision rather than a brand rule. Honestly, the pattern is simple: lunch starts at 10:30, dinner service runs all the way through closing, and there’s no mid-afternoon break.
Does Fazoli’s Have a Drive-Thru, and Are the Hours the Same?
Yes, many Fazoli’s locations have a drive-thru, and in most cases the drive-thru runs the same hours as the dining room. The drive-thru is actually a big part of the Fazoli’s story, the brand debuted its first-ever double drive-thru in Tallahassee in 2026, so newer locations lean heavily into it.
That said, not every Fazoli’s has one. Older locations, especially ones converted from other buildings, can be dine-in and takeout only. If the drive-thru matters to you (late-night breadstick runs, anyone?), check your location’s page on fazolis.com, where drive-thru is listed under amenities.
What Time Does Fazoli’s Open on Weekends and Sundays?
Fazoli’s weekend hours are basically the same as weekdays: doors open at 10:30 AM. Sundays run 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM at most locations, though a handful of franchises close Sundays an hour early or don’t open the drive-thru on Sundays.
Is Fazoli’s open on Sunday? Almost always yes. Very few locations close on Sundays, and the ones that do are the exception, not the rule. What time does Fazoli’s open on Sunday? Still 10:30 AM. Saturday closings can stretch to 11 PM at busier spots, which makes Saturday the longest day of the week if you’re counting.
Fazoli’s Opening Hours on Sunday, Quick Summary
Sunday hours are 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM at most restaurants. Sunday is treated like a regular day, not a reduced schedule, so you can grab lunch or dinner with the whole family without timing anxiety. Just note that a small number of franchise locations trim Sunday closing to 9 PM.
Is Fazoli’s Open on Christmas and Other Holidays?
Fazoli’s is open on most holidays but closed on three: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday. Those three are the hard closures, confirmed across holiday-hour listings and even the brand’s employee handbook, which treats Thanksgiving and Christmas as paid holidays off for managers.
Fazoli’s Holiday Schedule
| Holiday | Status |
|---|---|
| New Year’s Day | Open (possibly reduced hours) |
| MLK Day | Open |
| Presidents Day | Open |
| Good Friday | Open |
| Easter Sunday | Closed |
| Memorial Day | Open |
| Independence Day (4th of July) | Open |
| Labor Day | Open |
| Thanksgiving Day | Closed |
| Black Friday | Open |
| Christmas Eve | Open (may close early) |
| Christmas Day | Closed |
| New Year’s Eve | Open (possibly reduced hours) |
Is Fazoli’s open on Christmas? No, Christmas Day is a full closure. Is Fazoli’s open on Thanksgiving? Also no, restaurants close for the holiday. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are usually open, but many locations close early, so a 7 PM pasta run on Christmas Eve is a gamble. Call ahead on the “open” holidays too, since reduced hours are common and franchise owners get the final say.
How Hours Can Vary by Location
Here’s the part people miss: most Fazoli’s restaurants are franchises, which means the local owner sets the final hours. That’s why you’ll see 9 PM closings in some towns and 11 PM weekend closings in others. Airport and mall locations can have completely different schedules tied to the building they’re in.
Your best move is a 30-second check before you go: pull up the location on fazolis.com’s store locator or check the listing on Google Maps, both show the current day’s hours. A quick call to the restaurant takes even less time and beats a wasted drive.
