Ziggi’s Coffee Working Hours 2026
Ziggi’s Coffee working hours typically run 5:00 AM to 7:00 or 8:00 PM on weekdays, with weekend mornings starting a little later at 6:00 AM. Exact times vary by location because most shops are independently owned franchises, so always check your local store before heading out. Here is the full breakdown for 2026.
If you are heading out for a Colorado Mocha, it helps to know when your local shop actually opens. Ziggi’s Coffee started in Longmont, Colorado back in 2004 and has grown to 120+ locations across 25 states, and because each shop is a franchise, there is no single corporate schedule. The good news: most locations follow the same early-morning rhythm. Check the Ziggi’s Coffee menu for prices before you go, then use this guide to time your visit right.
🕐 What Are Ziggi’s Coffee Working Hours on Weekdays?
On Monday through Friday, most Ziggi’s locations open between 5:00 and 6:00 AM and close between 5:30 and 8:00 PM. That early opening is no accident, Ziggi’s built its reputation as the commuter’s drive-thru, catching people on the way to work. Honestly, if your local shop opens at 5 AM, you can grab a latte before most chains even unlock their doors.
| Day | Typical Opening | Typical Closing |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | 5:00 – 6:00 AM | 5:30 – 8:00 PM |
| Tuesday | 5:00 – 6:00 AM | 5:30 – 8:00 PM |
| Wednesday | 5:00 – 6:00 AM | 5:30 – 8:00 PM |
| Thursday | 5:00 – 6:00 AM | 5:30 – 8:00 PM |
| Friday | 5:00 – 6:00 AM | 5:30 – 8:00 PM |
Real examples show the range. A Wellington, Colorado shop runs 5 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota location stays open until 8 PM, and a Hawthorne, California drive-thru goes as late as 10 PM. Closing time is where franchises differ the most, so the evening cutoff is worth double-checking at your shop.
🌅 What Time Does Ziggi’s Coffee Open on Sundays?
Weekends start a little later. Most Ziggi’s locations open at 6:00 or 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, then close between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. So yes, you can still get your weekend latte, you just cannot roll in at 5 AM like the weekday crowd. The pattern is consistent across the country: Saturday and Sunday share the same schedule at most shops.
| Day | Typical Opening | Typical Closing |
|---|---|---|
| Saturday | 6:00 – 7:00 AM | 5:00 – 7:00 PM |
| Sunday | 6:00 – 7:00 AM | 5:00 – 7:00 PM |
Planning a slow Sunday morning run? The 6 AM openers are the norm in most markets, with a few shops (like one in Estes Park, Colorado) opening at 7 AM on weekends. If your Sunday plans depend on coffee, a quick check of your store’s posted hours saves the trip.
🎄 Is Ziggi’s Coffee Open on Christmas and Thanksgiving?
Holiday hours are the one thing you should never guess at. Ziggi’s is a franchise system, so corporate does not publish one master holiday schedule. Here is what the pattern has looked like, based on recent years:
Recent Holiday Patterns
| Holiday | Typical Status |
|---|---|
| Christmas Eve | Open with early closing, many shops shut at 5:00 PM |
| Christmas Day | Closed at most locations |
| Thanksgiving | Open early, many locations close by noon |
| New Year’s Eve | Normal business hours at most shops |
| New Year’s Day | Normal business hours at most shops |
| July 4th | Usually open, hours may vary by location |
Here is the thing: these patterns reflect what locations did in recent holiday seasons, and individual franchise owners can adjust. The shops do announce their holiday hours on social media ahead of time, so checking your local store’s posts or calling ahead is the move for Christmas week. Do not drive across town on a guess.
🚗 Do Ziggi’s Coffee Drive-Thru Hours Differ From Dine-In?
No, and this is actually one of the simpler things about Ziggi’s. The drive-thru window and the walk-up or cafe counter follow the same hours at most locations. Ziggi’s built its brand around the drive-thru, the concept is literally “your neighborhood drive-thru coffee shop”, so the window is the main event, not an afterthought with different hours.
What About Breakfast Hours?
Breakfast food is served all morning at most shops, there is no published chainwide breakfast cutoff like you would see at a fast-food burger chain. The breakfast burritos, waffle sandwiches and egg bites are generally available from open through the late morning, and many locations serve them all day. Lunch items like paninis take over the midday menu naturally, but nobody is going to refuse you a breakfast burrito at 11 AM.
One more practical note: the mobile app and the official site’s store locator show each location’s exact hours, and that is the most reliable source since franchise schedules can shift with the seasons. A shop near a ski town might run shorter winter days, while a suburban drive-thru could extend summer evenings.
📍 How Can I Check My Local Ziggi’s Coffee Hours?
The fastest way is the store locator on the official Ziggi’s Coffee website, which lists each location with its current hours and phone number. Google Maps listings for individual shops also show daily hours and holiday exceptions, and they are usually kept current by the franchise owners. When in doubt, call the shop directly, the number is right there on the listing. Ten seconds on the phone beats a wasted drive every time.
