Your complete guide to Lion’s Choice deals and coupons, covering the Killer Rewards program, the 20% Heroes Discount, student and senior savings, and where to find promo codes.
Lion’s Choice Deals & Coupons 2026
The best Lion’s Choice deals right now come from the free Killer Rewards program: a $5 sign-up reward, a free sandwich after your first app order, and $5 in reward dollars for every 250 points you earn. Add a standing 20% Heroes Discount for military members and first responders, and you’ve got serious savings on some of the best roast beef in the Midwest.
Lion’s Choice is already one of the fairer-priced fast food spots in St. Louis, but why pay full price when you don’t have to? I dug into their loyalty program, standing discounts, student deals, and the coupon code scene to find every real way to save. And if you want to compare prices first, check the full Lion’s Choice menu with prices before you order.
🎁 How Does the Lion’s Choice Rewards Program Work?
Killer Rewards is Lion’s Choice’s free loyalty program, and the sign-up bonus alone is worth joining: $5 off just for registering. You also get a free sandwich after your first app order, which is honestly a pretty generous hello.
Here’s how the ongoing earnings work. You collect points on every purchase, and 250 points turn into $5 in reward dollars you can spend on anything. The app also serves up member-only offers and birthday treats, typically a free regular concrete and a drink on your big day. Rewards members get first crack at limited-time promos too, which matters when deals come and go fast.
Why the app matters
Beyond the rewards, ordering ahead in the Lion’s Choice app skips the line, and some offers are app-exclusive. If you’re a regular, the points stack up faster than you’d think. Between the sign-up reward, the first-order sandwich, and the birthday freebie, a new member can easily save $15 or more in the first month without even trying.
🇺🇸 Who Qualifies for the Lion’s Choice Military Discount?
Active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers all get 20% off every single day under the Lion’s Choice Heroes Discount. That’s not a one-day-a-year thing. It’s a standing daily discount, and it might be the most generous standing discount of any regional chain out there.
Here’s the thing: it’s generally for in-store purchases, so order at the counter and mention you’re eligible. A valid military or veteran ID gets you the military discount. On Veterans Day, Lion’s Choice has also run free Original Roast Beef sandwich giveaways for service members, so keep an eye on their announcements each November.
If you’re a veteran grabbing a $7.09 Original Roast Beef Meal, that 20% knocks it down to about $5.67. That’s basically 2010 prices on 2026 food.
🎓 What Are the Best Lion’s Choice Student and Senior Discounts?
Students get an OG Roast Beef Meal for $7.99 on College Nights, Wednesdays after 4 PM with a valid student ID. And there’s a $5.50 student meal deal daily from 12 PM to 2 PM, which is basically a cheat code for lunch between classes.
Seniors aren’t left out either. Guests 55 and older can get a senior discount, though it’s not always advertised on the menu board. Just ask the cashier when you order. It’s a quick question that costs you nothing.
One honest caveat: participation can vary by location, so confirm with your local store before you roll up with a group expecting the College Night price. The deal details live on the chain level, but the franchise locations handle the day-to-day.
🏷️ Where Can I Find Lion’s Choice Coupons and Promo Codes?
Here’s where I have to be straight with you: Lion’s Choice promo codes are hit or miss. Coupon aggregator sites list codes like LIONS5 (reported 10% off), USECODE10 (reported $5 off), 5OFF25 ($2.50 off), and WELCOME, but these change and expire constantly. A code that worked last week might be dead today, so test it at checkout before you plan your order around it.
The most reliable Lion’s Choice coupons actually come from the source: the Killer Rewards app and email list. That’s where the app-exclusive discounts, first-order offers, and birthday freebies live, and they’re guaranteed to work. Third-party coupon codes are worth a shot, but the loyalty program is the savings engine that never dries up.
💰 What Is the Cheapest Way to Eat at Lion’s Choice?
The $5.55 Meal Deal is the cheapest reliable way to eat at Lion’s Choice: an Original roast beef, turkey, or ham sandwich with small fries and a small drink. The hot dog version runs $5.65. That’s a real hot lunch for less than six bucks, and it’s on the menu every day, not just during promos.
Lion’s Choice has also run limited-time $5 Meal Deal promotions with the same lineup (Original sandwich, small fries, small drink), which is basically the cheapest hot lunch in town when it’s live. When the promo isn’t running, the everyday $5.55 Meal Deal is the next best thing. Stack a rewards-program discount on top of the Meal Deal and you’re eating very well for very little.
