Biggby Coffee Working Hours 2026
⚡ Quick Answer: So, what are Biggby Coffee hours? Most stores open Monday through Saturday somewhere between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, close between 7:00 and 9:00 PM, and run shorter Sunday hours from around 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Since nearly every Biggby is a locally owned franchise, exact times vary, so double-check your nearest shop before you go.
Planning a Biggby run and don’t want to roll up to a dark storefront? Fair. I dug into the biggby coffee hours across the official Biggby site and dozens of real store listings, and the honest truth is this: the chain started in East Lansing, Michigan back in 1995 and grew franchise by franchise, which is exactly why no two stores share identical hours. Below is the real picture: weekday and weekend hours, the biggby coffee holiday hours you need to know, and how the drive-thru works. Thirsty for the drinks themselves? The full Biggby Coffee menu with prices has every latte, frozen drink and Bragel laid out for 2026.
🕐 What Are Biggby Coffee Hours on Weekdays?
On weekdays, plan on doors opening at 5:00 or 6:00 AM and closing between 7:00 and 9:00 PM. The 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM window is the most common pattern across the chain, so if your local Biggby doesn’t list hours online, that’s a safe bet.
| Day | Typical Hours |
|---|---|
| Monday | 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM |
| Tuesday | 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM |
| Wednesday | 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM |
| Thursday | 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM |
| Friday | 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM |
| Saturday | 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM |
| Sunday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM |
Here’s the thing though. Biggby is heavily franchised, which means the local owner-operator calls the shots. Michigan stores, where the brand was born, tend to open earliest, plenty swing open at 5:00 AM sharp for the commuter crowd. Newer locations out west sometimes open at 6:00 or even 7:00 AM and close earlier in the evening. The biggby coffee hours in the table above are the reliable norm, not a promise.
One thing that never changes: Biggby is a morning place. Nobody opens Biggby at noon. The espresso machines are humming before most of America has hit snooze.
☀️ What About Biggby Coffee Opening Hours on Sundays?
Yes, Biggby Coffee is open on Sundays. The typical biggby coffee opening hours sunday run 7:00 AM to 6:00 or 8:00 PM, so it’s a shorter day than the rest of the week. Sunday morning lets the staff sleep in a little, and the evening winds down earlier.
A handful of busy locations keep Sunday hours closer to Saturday, running until 8:00 or even 9:00 PM. On the flip side, smaller shops in quieter markets sometimes close Sunday afternoons around 3:00 or 4:00 PM. If Sunday coffee is a ritual for you, this is the one day worth verifying on the store locator before you go.
🎄 Is Biggby Coffee Open on Christmas? Holiday Hours
The direct answer: Biggby Coffee is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, every year, at essentially all locations. The founders’ philosophy was pretty clear about this, those are family holidays and the baristas get them off. Everything else? Mostly open.
| Holiday | Status |
|---|---|
| Christmas Day (Dec 25) | Closed |
| Thanksgiving Day | Closed |
| Christmas Eve | Open, reduced hours (many stores close mid-afternoon) |
| Day Before Thanksgiving | Open, hours may differ |
| New Year’s Eve | Open, hours may differ |
| New Year’s Day | Open, usually normal hours |
| Easter Sunday | Usually open, hours can vary |
| 4th of July | Open, some locations close early |
| Memorial Day / Labor Day | Open, some reduced hours |
| MLK Day / Presidents Day | Open, normal hours |
| Black Friday | Open, normal hours |
So is biggby coffee open on christmas? Not on the 25th, but Christmas Eve morning is fine, just don’t roll up at 5:00 PM expecting a frozen latte. Get your caffeine before the mid-afternoon cutoff. New Year’s Day is a safe bet too, and honestly the perfect hangover cure after midnight.
🚗 Biggby Drive-Thru Hours vs the Lobby
Here’s a detail that matters: the biggby coffee drive thru hours are usually the same as the lobby hours. This is a drive-thru-first chain by design, so the two don’t split very often. Plenty of locations are drive-thru-only kiosks with no lobby at all.
That said, at stores with both a lobby and a window, the dining room occasionally locks up a little before the drive-thru does, maybe 15 to 30 minutes earlier at night. It’s not an official policy, just how individual owners run their shops. If you pull in at 7:55 PM and the front door is dark, swing around to the window before giving up. Honestly, the drive-thru is the whole Biggby experience anyway. Fast line, friendly window, and you’re gone with your caramel marvel.
📍 How to Find Your Local Biggby’s Exact Hours Today
Since franchises can tweak their schedules, checking the biggby coffee hours today for your specific store is the smart move before you drive over. Here’s how, in order of reliability:
The Official Store Locator
Head to biggby.com and use the locations tool. Punch in your zip code and you’ll get exact hours for your nearest shops, straight from the company. This beats every third-party listing, which often runs on cached data.
Google Maps
Quick and usually accurate for today’s hours, and it shows the “open now” status at a glance. It’s crowd-sourced though, so the official locator wins any disagreement.
Call the Store Directly
If you’re cutting it close, within 30 minutes of closing, just call. The number is on the locator page. If nobody picks up, the espresso machine has probably already been cleaned for the night, take the hint.
