7 Brew Working Hours 2026
7 Brew working hours are 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, extending to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. Hours vary slightly by location since every stand is franchise-operated, and holiday schedules can shift. Christmas Day is the main full closure, while most other holidays run on regular hours.
Here’s the thing about 7 Brew: it isn’t a coffee shop you walk into. The whole place is a tiny drive-thru stand, about the size of a garden shed, with two lanes and a crew that seems to run on pure enthusiasm. I looked into the schedules posted on 7 Brew’s official location pages to nail down the real 7 Brew working hours, and honestly, the pattern is simple once you see it. Late-night Fridays and Saturdays get an extra hour. Christmas is the one day to skip. And before you roll through, the full 7 Brew menu with prices has every drink covered for 2026.
⏰ What Are 7 Brew Working Hours?
Most 7 Brew stands open at 5:30 AM every day of the week. Monday through Thursday they close at 10:00 PM, while Friday and Saturday stay open an extra hour until 11:00 PM. Sunday follows the weekday pattern: 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. That is the standard 7 Brew working hours schedule across the country.
| Day | Opening Time | Closing Time |
|---|---|---|
| Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
| Friday | 5:30 AM | 11:00 PM |
| Saturday | 5:30 AM | 11:00 PM |
| Sunday | 5:30 AM | 10:00 PM |
Now, a few quirks worth knowing. A handful of stands open at 5:00 AM, and a few quieter markets don’t unlock the windows until 6:00 AM. Sunday 7 Brew opening hours follow the weekday close at 10 PM, so don’t expect the 11 PM weekend extension on Sunday night. And because every stand is franchised, your town’s operator can tweak the schedule. The table above is the norm, but the stand down your street has the final say.
Why the hours look like this
7 Brew built its whole business around the drive-thru commute crowd, so the 5:30 AM open is basically sacred. That early shift catches the morning office run, the school drop-off crowd, and the gym-before-work crew.
🎄 Is 7 Brew Open on Christmas Day?
No. Christmas Day is the one day most 7 Brew stands close completely. Thanksgiving is the other watch-out: some stands close, others run reduced morning-only hours. Christmas Eve closes early, usually around noon. On the plus side, 7 Brew holiday hours stay regular on nearly every other holiday, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day.
| Holiday | Hours | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| New Year’s Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule at most stands |
| Easter Sunday | Regular hours | Some stands run reduced hours |
| Memorial Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Independence Day (Jul 4) | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Labor Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Thanksgiving | Closed or reduced | Varies by franchise, some run mornings only |
| Black Friday | Open, often from 5:00 AM | Early open for the shopping crowd |
| Christmas Eve | Reduced, closes early | Typically wraps up around noon |
| Christmas Day | Closed | The one full closure of the year |
| New Year’s Eve | Regular, may close early | Some stands adjust |
So is 7 Brew open on Christmas? Plan for no. A few stands have experimented with limited Christmas hours in past years, but you absolutely can’t count on it. Grab your festive drink on Christmas Eve before noon, and you won’t be disappointed. And if you’re reading this on Thanksgiving morning, take thirty seconds to check your local stand before driving over. Nothing stings like a dark drive-thru lane.
🚗 How Do 7 Brew Drive-Thru Hours Work?
There are no separate drive-thru hours. The entire stand opens and closes on one schedule. 7 Brew locations are compact drive-thru stands with a walk-up window, not sit-down cafes, so the posted 7 Brew drive thru hours cover everything: both drive-thru lanes, the walk-up window, and order-ahead pickup.
Most stands run two drive-thru lanes with attendants taking orders on iPads while you wait, which keeps the line moving faster than it looks. The full menu runs all day: coffee, breves, mochas, energy drinks, teas, chai, matcha, lemonades, smoothies, and shakes are all available from open to close. There is no separate breakfast cutoff, and delivery apps follow the same stand window, stopping orders a few minutes before the posted close.
📍 How to Check 7 Brew Hours Near You Right Now
The fastest way is the official 7 Brew locator at 7brew.com, every stand page lists its own hours. Since stands are franchise-operated, the per-location page is the only source that actually knows your stand’s schedule. Second best is Google Maps, which tends to reflect holiday changes and temporary closures quickly.
