Dutch Bros Working Hours 2026
Dutch Bros working hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday, extending to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Sunday. Hours vary by location, so check the stand near you. Christmas Day is the only full closure — every other holiday, Dutch Bros stays open with adjusted hours.
If you’ve ever rolled up to a Dutch Bros at 9:58 PM with your fingers crossed, this guide is for you. Here’s the thing — Dutch Bros is built around the drive-thru commute crowd, which means early mornings are locked in at 5 AM pretty much everywhere. But closing times? Those shift around more than you’d think, depending on the day, the location, and whether there’s a holiday on the calendar.
I looked into the schedules posted on Dutch Bros’ official location pages and cross-checked the Dutch Bros working hours against a few independent sources. The pattern below is what nearly all 1,200+ stands follow — with one big exception I’ll call out in the holiday section. And if you’re deciding what to order before you go, the full Dutch Bros menu with prices has every drink covered for 2026.
⏰ What Are Dutch Bros Working Hours?
Most Dutch Bros stands open at 5:00 AM every single day. Monday through Thursday they close at 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday get an extra hour until 11:00 PM, and Sunday runs 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. That’s the standard schedule across the chain.
| Day | Opening Time | Closing Time |
|---|---|---|
| Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM | 10:00 PM |
| Friday | 5:00 AM | 11:00 PM |
| Saturday | 5:00 AM | 11:00 PM |
| Sunday | 5:00 AM | 10:00 PM |
Dutch Bros opening hours Sunday are the same as weekdays — doors (well, the drive-thru window) at 5 AM. But honestly, don’t treat this table as gospel for your local stand. College-town locations and brand-new stands sometimes open earlier or close later, especially on weekend nights. The Dutch Bros working hours your town gets come down to the individual franchise operator.
🎄 Is Dutch Bros Open on Christmas Day?
No — Christmas Day is the one day Dutch Bros closes across the country. Every other major holiday, Dutch Bros stays open, though often on adjusted hours. Thanksgiving runs reduced hours, and New Year’s Day sometimes opens a little later than the usual 5 AM.
| Holiday | Hours | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| New Year’s Day | Open, often from 8:00 AM | Delayed opening at many stands |
| MLK Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Presidents’ Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Easter Sunday | Reduced hours | Often ~7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; varies by franchise |
| Memorial Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Independence Day (July 4) | Regular hours | Normal schedule; some stands run patriotic promos |
| Labor Day | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
| Thanksgiving | Reduced hours | Typically ~5:00 AM – 12:00 PM |
| Black Friday | Regular hours | Normal schedule |

| Christmas Day | Closed | The one full closure — regular hours resume Dec 26 |
| New Year’s Eve | Regular hours | Normal schedule |
Is Dutch Bros open on Christmas? That’s the #1 holiday question, and the answer is a firm no. A handful of stands have run extremely limited hours (like 8 AM to 2 PM) in past years depending on staffing, but don’t bank on it — plan your Christmas coffee run for Christmas Eve instead, and expect a short line of fellow last-minute shoppers.
Why holiday hours are hard to pin down
Every Dutch Bros is franchise-operated, so the holiday schedule isn’t a single corporate memo — it’s each operator’s call. The figures above are what most locations do, and multiple sources line up on the big points (Christmas Day closed, Thanksgiving mornings only, Christmas Eve ending early). But if you’re reading this on the morning of Thanksgiving, take 30 seconds and check your stand’s hours in the app. Seriously. Nothing stings like a locked drive-thru.
🚗 How Do Dutch Bros Drive-Thru Hours Work?
There’s no separate “drive-thru hour” — the whole stand opens and closes together. Most Dutch Bros locations are compact drive-thru stands with a walk-up window, not sit-down cafés. So the posted hours cover everything: drive-thru lane, walk-up window, and the app order-ahead pickup.
The Friday and Saturday 11 PM close is the real gem here. If you’re comparing late-night coffee runs, the Dutch Bros drive-thru hours Friday night run a full hour later than every other night of the week — that 5 AM to 11 PM stretch is the longest schedule on the board. That extra hour exists for the post-dinner, post-movie, post-everything weekend crowd, and regulars definitely take advantage of it.
📍 How to Check Dutch Bros Hours Near You Right Now
The fastest way is the official Dutch Bros location finder on dutchbros.com — every stand’s page lists its own hours. Second best: the Dutch Bros app, which also shows whether your stand is currently open. Google Maps works too and tends to reflect holiday changes faster.
Wondering about the “Dutch Bros hours today near me” search? Here’s a quick ranking of what to trust:
- Dutch Bros app: shows live open/closed status for your saved stand.
