Caribou Coffee Deals & Coupons 2026
Want real Caribou Coffee deals, coupons, and freebies? Joining the free Caribou Perks program gets you a free medium drink after your first purchase, a free birthday drink every year, and member-only offers. There’s also the 2-for-$9 afternoon deal in stores. Here’s every way to save on Caribou in 2026.
I’ll be honest, Caribou isn’t the cheapest coffee habit. A couple of handcrafted drinks a week adds up fast, which is why I dug into every discount they actually offer. The good news: between the Perks app, the afternoon deal, and a few legit promo codes, you can cut your coffee bill noticeably. If you haven’t seen the full lineup yet, check out the Caribou Coffee menu with prices first, then come back and save on it.
Caribou Coffee deals, coupons, and the free Perks program
Caribou Perks is free, and honestly it’s the single best way to get Caribou Coffee deals and coupons. You can join on the Caribou website or just text PERKS to 762-CARIBOU. New members get a free medium beverage after their first purchase, which is a pretty sweet welcome gift for something that costs nothing.
Here’s how the points work. You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at the register or drive-thru (cash, credit, or debit all count). Order ahead in the app or add funds to your account and you earn 2 points per dollar instead. Points add up to free handcrafted drinks, food items, and packaged coffee. Members also get early access to seasonal menus and exclusive member offers, the kind that never show up on coupon sites.
Is there a Caribou Coffee happy hour?
Yes. The Caribou Coffee happy hour is the 2-for-$9 deal: visit any participating coffeehouse after 1pm, Monday through Friday, and mention the offer at the counter or drive-thru. You get two medium handcrafted drinks, or one medium drink plus a food item, for nine dollars flat (before tax). Deal listings show it running through October 31, 2026.
Customizations and add-ons cost extra. The deal isn’t valid in the Caribou app, on Order Ahead orders, or through third-party delivery services, and it can’t be combined with other coupons, offers, or Perks point redemptions. It’s one per person per visit, and locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are typically excluded.

Which Caribou Coffee promo codes work online?
A handful of Caribou Coffee promo codes are worth trying at checkout on cariboucoffee.com, though they rotate often. 25MERCH takes 25% off merchandise online. New email subscribers have grabbed 25% off their first order with FLASH25. And COOL has been good for 15% off cold brew orders.
Shipping-wise, free shipping kicks in on orders over $35, and subscription members get free shipping on select plans. Coupon sites list plenty of extra codes, but third-party codes die fast. Only one promo code works per online order, so test yours at checkout.
Football fans, this one’s for you
Caribou runs a fun seasonal promo with the Minnesota Vikings. On the day after each game where the Vikings snag an interception, Perks members can enter the code BOGOBALL26 in the app for a buy-one-get-one-free drink at participating Minnesota locations. One per guest, and it can’t be combined with other offers. Keep an eye on game days.
Does Caribou Coffee give a free birthday drink?
Yes. Caribou Perks members get a free birthday drink every year, one complimentary beverage of their choice (bottled drinks are excluded). The reward lands in your account around your birthday and expires about a week after it posts, so don’t sit on it.
One catch: the birthday reward only posts if you’ve had a check-in within the previous six months, so make sure your birthday date is in your profile and grab a coffee sometime in the months before. A little planning, one free drink.
More ways to save on Caribou every visit
Coupons aside, Caribou has a few everyday money-savers built in. The Everyday Value Menu keeps select food and drink favorites between $2 and $4, which is genuinely hard to beat for a coffeehouse. And non-dairy milk alternatives are free, no upcharge for oat or almond milk like some chains add.
Home brewers should look at the coffee subscription. It starts at $6.99 a month, takes 10% off every recurring order, and includes free shipping on select plans. If Caribou beans are already your thing, that’s basically a standing discount for zero effort.
Finally, keep the app installed year-round for member-exclusive seasonal promos, the deals that never get advertised anywhere else.
